Privacy Policy
Auto Locksmith Small Heath takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what information we handle and why.
Information We Collect
This website has no contact forms, accounts or tracking. We do not collect information through the website itself.
When you call 07367 634032, we will ask for the details needed to do the job: your location, car make, model and registration, and proof of vehicle ownership on arrival. We use this information only to arrange and carry out your booking.
How We Use Your Information
Your details are used to provide the locksmith service you requested — quoting, finding you, and completing the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How Long We Keep It
We keep job details only as long as needed for the work and for our own business records, then they are deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 07367 634032 to make any such request.
